Personal information shared on the platform is transmitted through a secure server. We are devoted to handling your personal information with the utmost respect and privacy. We are continuously improving our policies and practices to remain in compliance with widely accepted ethical standards. We maintain the security and accuracy of individually identifiable information we collect by monitoring, limiting, and policing the number of administrators who have access to our database servers. We utilize multi-step authentication, software security systems, and encrypted protections to guard against unauthorized access. Our website uses software – like Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) – to protect your personal information during data transportation. SSL’s encrypt transactional information such as names, locations, payment methods, IP Addresses, etc. Our virtual support team also operates on private, secure networks. Our user community’s welfare and privacy are of utmost importance to the Get Stylin team. We only collect information once you create an account with us and agree to this policy. Once you create a Get Stylin account, the information you may provide us includes:

We can only collect information which you voluntarily submit to us. Should you choose not to submit your personal information to us – or withdraw consent to our use of your personal information – you will not be able to access all areas of the app or participate in all features. You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Should you choose to permanently delete your account, we will permanently delete all records (past and present) of your account and associated data. We may retain anonymous data about app usage, without any attached individual indicators and/or content. To delete an account, follow these steps:

If you register for Get Stylin via other social media platforms or web service providers, we may access information about you which you have voluntarily provided to those accounts. We will manage personal data – which Get Stylin has collected – in accordance and compliance with the corresponding platform’s privacy policy and ethical standards.

We share this information, with your express permission and consent, and in very limited formats. We do this to provide users with relevant and curated content. We respond more efficiently to queries and user requests with this information. This info helps prevent, detect, and investigate disputes and fraud then analyze or manage risks to our users. We conduct market research/surveys to understand customer preferences/demographics for the sole purpose of developing special offers, marketing/promotion, and continuous improvement of the app experience. APPLE MUSIC AND SPOTIFY INTEGRATION
To enhance our users in-app experience, we have linked and integrated Apple Music and Spotify music streaming platforms. We abide by both Apple Music and Spotify’s respective privacy policies and ethical standards, regarding how we collect and utilize user information. We only access information users have designated as publicly visible/available. We do not and cannot sell or monetize user information. Users remain in control of how they incorporate Apple Music/Spotify features; and users can change visibility settings or unlink either service at any time.
We may transfer/share a copy of user information if Get Stylin (our properties, affiliates, or subsidiaries) undergoes a business transition, merger, acquisition, or sells a portion of its assets. You will be prominently and immediately notified via email, prior to a change of ownership, if your personal information may be used contrary to this policy. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to interfere with the ability of Get Stylin to transfer its business/assets to an affiliate/independent third party at any time, for any purpose, without any limitation whatsoever.
Get Stylin specifically reserves the right to transfer/share a copy of personally identifiable information collected from its websites to the buyer of that portion of its business, relating to that information.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
We may provide access to information when legally required to do so – in cooperation with police investigations or other legal proceedings, to protect against misuse/unauthorized use of our website or app, to limit our legal liability, and to protect our rights or the rights, property, or safety of users.

EMAILS
